In Miriam's words

How I work

I read the whole file before I form a view, and I go to the place where it happened. Police reports are written fast and late at night; the details they leave out are often the case.

I tell clients the truth about their case, including the parts they don't want to hear, and I put it in writing so their family can read it too.
